Measuring 3.9mtr x 3.9 mtrs internally and 5.4mtr to front of the terrace, the Lillevilla 70 is manufactured in Finland from finest quality straight grained Redwood that can withstand anything the UK weather can throw at it.. The building comes complete with 2 x double glazed fully opening windows, double glazed door with locks fitted, floor boards, skirtings, attractive t & g roof boards, roofing felt and full instructions and fittings. The interlocking log construction is guaranteed to be weather resistant and leak proof so that your new room can be used all year round. The exterior logs are 45mm thick, so this is a very heavy building that needs a full concrete base or hardstanding. Our installation team can also erect it for you as an added option. Caution. This building will need site access for an 18 ton lorry unless otherwise arranged. It will require a minimum of 2 able bodied persons to offload it. Our picture shows building with preservative coating applied.
