DELIVERIES. All goods supplied by Leisurewood Homes are offered on a money back guarantee basis. Every effort is made to describe each item correctly and accurately. If when you receive your purchase you are not completely happy with it, you may return it in the same packaging for a full refund less the postage. We will not receive items back that are damaged or broken unless the carrier who delivered them first accepts full responsibility for the cost of it's replacement. Any items that are received damaged must be reported to Leisurewood Homes within 48 hours of delivery and also to the carrier driver who delivered them especially if parcels are torn or dented and it is suspected the contents maybe affected. All our carrier deliveries are covered by an insurance in the event of loss or damage.

COLLECTIONS. Customers wishing to collect items purchased from our website must first make arrangements with Leisurewood Homes prior to collection. Many of the goods we supply do not come direct from our own warehouse and arrangements need to be made with our suppliers. On large heavy goods items we need to be sure that the vehicle you are intending to bring is suitable for the loading equipment used by the supplier and that the weight carrying capacity is sufficient to comply with highways regulations.

PAYMENTS. Payment for all orders must be made in full before shipment can be made. You can pay using one of the methods shown on our website during your purchasing procedure. All prices shown on our website include Vat @ 17.5%. All purchases are supplied with a fully itemised vat invoice. Our Vat registration number is 891 0426 113.

TIMBER / PRODUCT CARE. All timber/wooden items that are supplied un-treated must be coated with a suitable preservative or stain prior to use. We recommend you spend time to read the enclosed care instructions that are supplied with each item to make sure you understand how you can get the best possible use from your purchase. We will not accept responsibility for the damage or failure of any item that has not been cared for in accordance with the manufacturers care instructions leaflet. If a copy of the leaflet is not enclosed with the item purchased you must request this from Leisurewood Homes before you start to use the product. We will be happy to post, email or fax it to you promptly.

COMPLAINTS. Leisurewood Homes supply a large number of products and the occassional problem sometimes occurs. In the event you need to report a problem regarding a product we have supplied, we will do our utmost to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. If a product is faulty or damaged when delivered, please follow the procedure noted in the deliveries section above. If an item breaks or proves to be faulty after a short period of use, Leisurewood Homes reserves the right to replace or repair the product as it sees fit. If a replacement item is not available or the product cannot be repaired, a similar product may be offered or a full refund less postage made. Items that are advertised or sold as ex-display or slight seconds are discounted to compensate for any faults they may have. They will be clearly marked and will have any faults or blemishes fully described in the display box script and will therefore not be considered for replacement or refund. 

CONSTRUCTION / ASSEMBLY. All buildings that are ordered with the construction option added will only be carried out after a full concrete base has been layed by the customer. Dimentions for concrete bases will be supplied. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the buildings are level when erected, we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the concrete base and reserve the right to refuse construction if, on initial inspection, it is considered unwise to do so. In the event a concrete base is found to be unsuitable and it proves to be impossible to erect the building until it has been altered, an additional cost will be charged for any subsequent visits or wasted journeys.

These links are supplied to assist our clients in making informed choices and for comparison purposes or associated product ranges only.  Anyone visiting any of these sites must do so at their own risk as we do not control the content or accuracy of the products or services shown. We will not enter into any correspondence with regard to problems or disputes associated with any of these featured sites.
